I paid for windows 10 and got an email with the Microsoft key. I entered the key into the windows program and got that the key appears to be already used. I called the number on the email, after hours on a Sunday, and was surprised to get a human. He asked what exactly Microsoft said. I read him the error code and he said we needed to enter the code from my computer. He also said I could read it to him instead of talking to the computer voice at Microsoft. After he got the code he took a moment and then told me to enter the key again and this time it worked! Very happy with the product, the price, and the service.
