    Due stupidity on someone’s part (who prefers to remain anonymous) I had to call in and get help. They were quick and considerate.

    I purchased the office 365 Pro from Coldscon. Great deal but could not get it activated for some reason. I called their support and the support rep was excellent and helped me thru to activate my purchase. Nothing better than the business supporting their sales and product.

    It is as advertised, I had trouble downloading the software as I have a very slow internet connection and office 365 was already installed. I used the chat feature and connected with Vicky who was very helpful walking me through everything and we managed to get everything working. I am not sure I could have done it without Vicky’s help, the initial estimate for the download was 1 to 2 hours so she gave me a different link to use and it took about an 30 minutes. I cannot thank Vicky enough for all her patience and help.
